Historically, KCUCC donates to the Rose Brooks Christmas store to help women and children fleeing domestic violence.
Operation Breakthrough provides a safe, loving and educational environment for children in poverty and empowers their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education.
Circle of Hope NICU Foundation provides emotional, social and financial support to families of NICU patients at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. From weekly dinners to care packages to special events celebrating NICU babies, we are here to support families on their NICU journey.
SAVE, Inc. believes that housing is a basic human right. Since 1986, they have been providing permanent, transitional and emergency housing assistance to Kansas City’s most vulnerable. Each year, SAVE, Inc. provide services to nearly 2,000 individuals.
In 2022-23, KCUCC joined the ranks of hundreds who are trained and prepared by Della Lamb to walk alongside the resettlement of a refugee family in our city
In the national setting of the United Church of Christ there are four Covenanted Ministry partners who are supported by gifts to Our Church’s Wider Mission.

The Office of General Ministries houses the UCC President and General Minister. Local Church Ministries support local congregations across the nation. Wider Church Ministries is most widely known for outreach work and sharing resources with the global community. Justice and Witness Ministries aims to create a more peaceful and compassionate world.
The Micah Ministry is an ecumenical feeding and clothing ministry housed at IBCC in the Old Northeast area of Kansas City.
